I served for one year as the communications chair for The Washington Post Guild, the union for the paper’s journalists and communications workers. In this role, I created zines and other visual materials to inform members and the public on issues impacting our workers. The zine “Fed Up” supported the 2023 historic strike that helped win the Guild’s history-making contract; “Know Your Rights: RTO Edition” informed workers about their rights as Post management implemented a full-time return to office policy.
